About · Why we built this
NeuroPX started as bill payment orchestration for Indian enterprises. Rewards came second, because our own customers kept telling us the same thing.
Finance teams that had spent a year tightening controls on accounts payable were still approving dealer incentives over WhatsApp. Marketing ran the festive program, sales ran the target scheme, HR ran recognition, and nobody held a consolidated view of what any of it cost or who had authorised it.
It is the same money leaving the same business. It should go through the same door.
NeuroPX orchestrates outbound spend. We do not issue vouchers and we are not a prepaid instrument issuer. Issuance and redemption run on a licensed partner’s RBI-compliant rails, so the escrow, capital reserve and KYC obligations sit with an entity regulated to carry them.
India already has capable platforms in this space, several at considerable scale, and we are not claiming to out-build them. Some of them will deduct TDS on a payout. What we saw missing was narrower, and it sits earlier in the process: a cumulative per-recipient benefit register that is read at the approval step, before the voucher is released — rather than a deduction applied at the moment of payment, or a report assembled at year end. Once the benefit is in the dealer’s hands, the cost of having missed the threshold is yours.
What we add is the layer your finance team cares about: approvals, audit trail, cost centre attribution, ERP posting, and a recipient-wise benefit register that tracks tax thresholds before payout rather than after.
We onboard a limited number of enterprises at a time. That is a choice about how carefully we want to do the first ones, not a queue. If your use case is not one we can serve well, we will say so in the first conversation rather than the third.
A good deal of what we publish is tax guidance — Section 194R, GST on vouchers, employee gift thresholds. We write it because the rules genuinely determine how these programs should be designed, and because most vendors in this market treat compliance as a bullet point rather than a subject.
We are not a tax advisor, we say so on every page, and we would rather you took our guides to your chartered accountant than acted on them directly.
Voucher issuance, catalogue and redemption infrastructure are provided under a reseller arrangement with a licensed rewards platform. Payment rails run over Bharat Connect and partner banking channels. We will name the specific counterparties on request during evaluation, and in the contract.
Bring a real scheme or a real week of invoices. That conversation is more useful than a slide deck.
